Charlotte companies are developing their own version of AI that ensures the human touch is left intact. Artificial intelligence is a machine’s capability to imitate intelligent human behavior.

Botsplash is another young company that burst into the Charlotte startup scene. Now in its second year, Botsplash offers real-time software for enterprises to engage with customers on one platform. Aru Anavekar, a former developer and product manager at LendingTree Inc., took her expertise to help create, with co-founder Ramu Pulipati, a new communication-based product that targets lending officers.
